You can open the daily report that you see in the timeline to read the full report. You can also write your own daily report using the three vertical dots visible at the top right of the screen. This report will be added to the journal and will be visible to the group staff.

The report in the journal is not intended for exchanging messages between you and the group staff. Use the messaging function via Messages for that purpose.

In the daily report, the group staff can add photos and, if available to the organization, videos (videos only if this feature is enabled for the organization). You can download the photos and videos in the same way as photos in the photo album. As a parent, you can also add photos and videos to the report. For this, the OuderApp needs access to the photos on your phone.

If you want to download the entire journal at once, tap the download icon at the top right. Here, you can choose from various options to download the journal. By tapping "Send download link," you will receive an email within 15 minutes containing a link to download the journal.

Don't see this option? Then your childcare organization has chosen not to offer this feature to parents.
