All about the OuderApp van Konnect

I see the message "The OuderApp is currently unavailable due to maintenance."

In 99% of cases, this message appears because an incorrect URL has been entered. The URL must be provided so that a connection can be made with the organization's Ouderportaal environment.

Of course, it is also possible that there is actual maintenance on our servers, but we will mention that on our status page. If there is no maintenance at the time this message appears, it is likely due to incorrect data entry.

The solution is to enter only the organization’s name on the login screen in the OuderApp, exactly as it was provided in the activation email. Do not add anything before or after, such as .ouderportaal.nl, as that is already pre-filled in the app.
